How did you find the ideal location?
There are many contractors available to setup the turf business but they dont provide assistance in getting location.

Anyone running it, please share your experience.

I am considering opening up a turf business and wanted to get info on these topics.

1. ⁠How did you finalize on the location?
2. ⁠Did you get any assistance from contractors or real estate brokers to get the location?
3. ⁠Which contractor did you use for construction of turf.
4. ⁠Estimated budget. Were you able to setup everything in your budget or had to increase due to unexpected costs?
5. ⁠Do you pay rent or share revenue with land owner?
6. ⁠Are you profitable?
