How was the exam, everyone?

Hello. I have never done any JR ship duty after doing MBBS in a peripheral college. But after appearing in an interview for non-acad JR, i finally got selected in AIIMS Kalyani. However, I dont know an ounce of how the Central institutions work compared to the state institutions or how is the workload. If anyone be kind enough to guide or advise me, I would be highly obliged. Thank You.
