Is it still possible to boost an alt if you have two accounts? Whats the best way to do it?

Anyone here that play Prot Paladin and really enjoy it? Not just enjoy it but actually finds it very engaging and fun (as a main)?

Preferably for higher level content 60-70 dungeons, heroics and raids

If so, why do you like it?
