Emotional shock

I know this is directly on ostomy but tonight I found out that I’m very positive I have emotional stress shock. Because I took a blood test a few days ago and the result I saw shocked me and I got so stressed out . So today I went to the er for the chest pain and I explained to the nurse that I have experienced chest pain that comes n goes but it’ll last a few seconds each time then I took a heart test the stuff the put on your chest and hand and she said it was good. Then I took a blood test the results from the nurse said they looked ok. But when I got home I knew it’s something else. So I did a bit of research and emotional shock had answered majority of how I’m feeling. And said bad news can bring emotional shock. It all makes sense and unfortunately this can last days. Also those panic waves that randomly happen aren’t fun. Or the feeling of wanting to burst out. but damn that news on the chart really got me badly.

Chest pains

Has anyone experienced chest pains. It’s more right centred area. I’m not feeling any dizziness, shortness of breath, or other symptoms. The pain isn’t progressive or worsen. it feels similar to an air bubble type. If it’s still there Sunday I’ll visit a cardiologist to see if I can get it checked out.

Left side

I’ve had some sensation pain on the left side it’s not constant nor does it have intense pain. But it does come and go here n there. I’m really unsure what it could be. I’ve read crohns doesn’t normally flare a left side. I’m just curious to know has anyone had a flare on the left side?
I’m not seeing any blood, no fever. I still have the herniated fat on the stomach side. Idk if that a cause.

Pain

So I’ve had this pinching pain on the left side ans my stomach is on the right side . I’m just freaking out with the whole pain process . I I know hernias can affect the entire intestines but idk I just don’t know if it’s a random pain or a flare starting up. The pain hasn’t be there the entire time just random times. No blood. Also the pain isn’t progressive however it’s just feels like one. I’m getting a blood test tomorrow to determine all this. Anyone else freak out over random pains in the stomach? If it was a flare starting up would the pain be increasing it’s been about 12hrs now.

Answer

After a long as ass night I spent 13hrs in the er no sleep. so I was thankful to know I got my answer. so I didn’t see the doc till 930am today after going to the er at 9pm last night. anyways I got my answer and paperwork back. O was feeling out cuz obvsly I had no idea wtf happening. Because the pain I said feel like a flare. But no flare!
And I was right about the right stoma side underneath. it’s a herniated fat. so next steps will probably be surgery to get rid of it.

Anyone else had this situation? What did yall do? this explains why there’s no blood no flare signs aside the pain wave. damn I knew stretching my back was a damn bad idea. Foolish me . Lesson learned !
If yall wanna know what a hernia feels like it’s a flare wave pain that’s why I thought I had a flare 😅
my CRP is below 3.0 thank god for that.

How long

I normally never post this much, but because I had my wafer cut too tight for a week, I’ve experienced pain around the stoma internally. Basically meaning when I press I can feel the areas. I have gone to the ER and I’ve had call and in person with my ostomy nurse. As of today I have changed my bag size range I’ve a cut out to 41mm big enough so it’s not pressing against the stoma as well the putty part. My stoma is red normal looking. There’s no hernia because it’s not blown up like a balloon. Food and everything is going thru perfectly fine and no blood. However. The pain is still there it not a constant pain. More like a it grows the disappears sensation. Anyways has anyone been in t.his situation? If so how long before the pain goes away? I have been watching it the past 24hrs very carefully using the mirrors .

Updated

So from my stretch update. I had gone to the hospital 2 times in 1 week.however today I realized what the damn problem was. My stomach was growing . so today in the ER I waste my ass time for nothing. I saw the dr he said he will contact the ostomy clinic at the west side. and so after 5hrs he said sorry can’t see you so they will give h a call. I’m like cmon man. HOWEVER I brought maybe my bag cut out is too small. So I went to my package place and had a word about having a size up supplies. then I get home I measure my stomach it grew in size. ( not a prolapse) so I stupidly thought the current bag would fit the new cut out. but hey I found out the problem alone. gotta LOVE THIS disease sometimes . my sister said you get a bigger stoma if u eat more and gain weight. Apparently the stretching wasn’t the problem.

Stretched

Has anyone stretched to far back forgetting u have a stoma. I stretched too far back last week and since then I’ve had a bit of pain in the same location. It just felt like a tear pulled type feeling. it hasn’t bleeded internally or external. Food has passed fine. Also the pain isn’t constant nor gets worse it comes n goes.

Which ones most reliable?

Hey I’m doing research and I’ve made my 3 choices for next June 2027.

1: Toyota CHR
2: Subaru uncharted
3: Nissan leaf

Does any of yall got any of these? as a single person subcompact size is fine.

Anyways thanks in advance!
