The utter peace and internal calm I feel right now is unbelievable. The circuit assembly is today and I'm sat at home stress free! No rushing around to get dressed up just to sit around all day, no stress from keeping kids entertained all day, no forced interactions at lunch, then the overwhelming tiredness at the end of the day.

I used to leave assemblies feeling so angry and like time and life was slipping through my fingers. The hours and days I've wasted at those stupid events don't bear thinking about.
