This kind of harness for everyday use?
This is Terri, she's almost 5 months old and I'm in the process a of leash training her. Bought her harness around 2 months ago and at first I put it on her for a few minutes, then a bit more, then started playing with her while she had it on, and we made lots of progress to the point where she walks around and jumps and runs and plays with it on no problem. Because at first I was acclimating her to just the harness and not the leash, I let her have it up for a couple hours at a time and then took it off, but these past weeks or so I didn't take it off and she doesn't seem to have any problem with it.
I'm wondering if this is fine for her to just wear 24/7, or if I should step back and only put it on when we're going outside.
I have a walled small patio plus she doesn't get unsupervised outside time (multiple times a day ranging from 15 minutes to an hour -- depending on the weather too). She appears to groom just fine with the harness on and doesn't have any chaffing or similar either.
