Anyone here have both gen 4 + gen 5 and successfully paired/switched between both?
Hey all. I have my Oura 5 arriving tomorrow and I currently have two gen 4s that I switch between every few days. Prior to ordering my gen 5, I chatted with an Oura agent who assured me that I could still keep and use my gen 4 rings and pair my gen 5 when it arrives, and switch between the 3 rings whenever I wanted, which is what sealed the purchase for me as I don't want to give up my gen 4s. Now, the official help article states that you can't switch between two (or more) rings of differing generations and explicitly states gen 4 and gen 5 as the examples, but the preorder FAQ echos what I was told by the Oura agent. I know I could just wait until tomorrow and pair the 5 with my fingers crossed, but I'd love to have definitive information on this ahead of time so I can go ahead and return the 5 when it arrives if it means junking my two 4s. Any info here would be greatly appreciated!
