Is it safe? 300 driverless trucks could hit N.C. roads in 2027

Just bought a 2012 Fit with about 46k mi. I don't notice any symptoms of the spark plug / ejection issues, but I'm wondering when I should inspect the plugs and coil packs, and how often? I'm reading some conflicting reports where some people are never having the issue and others are frequently having to tighten the plugs. Some people might be inspecting them every oil change? Any input from longtime owners? I'm new to the Fit but not Honda models. Mine seems to be the base model not the sport.
