Asking for a friend. He is british but currently lives in Cancun. Hes super nervous about the dentists down here and if theyre telling him the truth. He thinks he has an infection where the green marking is. They want to give him a root canal and charge him alot of $$. He does not have insurance and many dentists dont speak english so he is having trouble diagnosing what needs to be done. Any advice would be appreciated.
