It’s about her brother(you know, Kamyuhn’s father, the one she executed in cold blood), or, more accurately, the fact that she says basically nothing about him when detailing her upbringing to Takumi. As you’ll recall, V’exhness became Supreme Commander when she was 6, meaning that Eva would’ve been a toddler. Considering Kamyuhn’s age, Brother Dearest was most likely the oldest of the three. This begs the question of why the two sisters were being raised by the old man with their older sibling apparently nowhere to be found. Were they separated? Did he not care? Was he there and V’exhness simply didn’t bother to say so? Was he a Paragon? Impossible to know, because there’s nothing in the text about him beyond the fact that V’exhness killed him. Her disdain for Eva is no secret and she never misses a chance to gloat, so it’s almost surprising how little(I think she maybe mentions killing her brother once, if at all, and it was more about her dislike of Kamyuhn than anything) she talks about executing him for opposing her and being a weakling in her eyes.

Ultimately it’s not a big deal compared to how the route(and V’exhness herself) completely sidelines Eva to the point that she’s the only Commander that never even appears onscreen, and the general fact that Kamyuhn’s parents are just character background fodder like (almost) every parent in this game, but it is something that sticks out to me as a hole in V’exhness and Eva’s backstories.
