Acting as a single agent

Recruiters... I want to try this approach but not sure IF it could work. What do you guys think:

  1. I know a jobseeker struggling to land a role. I ask permission to share their CV and help them land one

  2. I approach companies advertising for roles the client is looking for. If they like the look of the anonymised and plain English translation of their CV - they sign a contract agreeing to pay me whatever % if successful. They agree to interview them

  3. I tell the client this and inform them of the interview date

  4. If successful they get the job and I get the commission

I thought it sounds like a nice way in and no pressure / stress

Am I overlooking some massive things here?

Thanks
