Memorial Day Emergency
I’ve had snake bites since about 6 months since December, about a month and a half ago- maybe a little longer I swapped the studs into horseshoes - 16g surgical steel supplied by a reputable piercer. I’ve been using non alcohol mouth wash and dr Neil’s traditionally every day to clean (especially because I work in a mechanic shop)
Within the last 2 days I’ve noticed a lot more discharge and odor than is normal and started getting some pain, this morning I woke up and my lip was swollen nearly double the size. Of course it’s Memorial Day weekend so in the great state of FL there’s no shops nearby me that are open- and all of them closed early last night when I tried to go. Bad luck for me I have no idea where my stud posts went at ALL so the only option I had left was to just- take it out. But now I feel maybe I made the wrong decision
Everything tells me this will make the infection worse and trap it in- I’m scared and there’s no where open to help me.
