I'm really struggling to name my first son. My husband originally wanted a name ending in "-don" because his name is Landon and his dad's name also ends in "-don". But we couldn't find a name we loved ending in that. He has since decided that he wants to name him "donny" because that was his dads nickname growing up and he has always liked the name. It's grown on me a bit... but i'm still unsure. It almost sounds too nicknameish to me to be his first name? Does it sound too kid-ish? Am I overthinking it and it's a great name? Have you ever met a Donny? Does he like his name? Thoughts on the name Donny.
