For those who know, our overall group performance depends heavily on the sales of the our cars (the FLIP as we call it) on top of our branches performance. Our group has been flipping a lot of cars lately but at shit prices because the market is bad. To make it worse, the cars are remarketed so early which means we’ve made less from this one car sold at 15k KMs than if we were to keep it till 50k KMs which I have no control over.

As a result, my last paycheque as ARM took a big hit—I only made $3k because of the flip which I have absolutely no control over. Bear in mind, my area performed the strongest and made the most money in the entire group.
