So im not tech savvy at all, but my older brother is quite an "expert" when in comes to this stuff. Ive been bed bound bc of a serious neuromuscular condition so ive tried to ask him to help me clean my pc once it hit one year since i got it. It was too heavy for me to left off my desk. I lack so much grip strength i cant even unscrew some knobs on the pc.

He told me its unnecessary and that i only need to clean it when i need to. The problem is...i dont know what that means.

I got this pc last year around march-april'ish. Its been pretty long.
