Driveway Easement Question
We bought a house back in 2017 and we were told that there is a shared driveway between our house and the neighbors house. That shared driveway has been like that since for at least over 20 years. We were told upon buying the house about the driveway and was assured though that there wouldn't be any issues and that its listed in the deed that the driveway is shared. Well now the original neighbors house was lost to the bank, torn down and a new investment company has purchased that lot and is building a house on it to sell. They are putting in a new driveway for that house on the other side of the lot but are treating us like we don't have rights to the driveway anymore since its predominantly on their property. They leave their cars there over night and block the while driveway so I can't get my car out. Is there anything we can legally about this situation?
