An ER Pregnancy diagnosis?
Hi, all I went to the ER this morning due to pain in my abdomen, pelvic area, and then my lower back. I’ve also had slight bleeding on and off. This has been going on for almost 24 hours. The urine sample came back positive showing the pregnancy hormone. This was confusing to me as I do have a copper IUD and my last cycle ended on May 9… so 11 days after my period they are saying I’m pregnant? They did confirm I had a kidney stone in my left kidney, but it wasn’t obstructing anything.
As this would be an early pregnancy, obviously the ultrasound showed nothing so now I have to follow up three times a week with blood work. All while still having the same systems and bleeding. Does this seem like something that could happen? The fact that I’m not feeling any better at all is also worrisome to me. 🙁
