My daughter is graduating from Chapman this week from Dodge College. She is a 2D animator running clipstudio paint, tv paint on a Dell Precision 7960 Workstation and hopes to have a workstation similar in performance but a bit more economical. I am new here and new to this so if someone can give me a hand I would appreciate it. No looking to build anything pre-built is a must.
