Graduated recently and wfh. I couldn't make friends in univ, probably because I was a jerk. But, I had tried hard to fit in friends circles but still couldn't make friends.

I now see a lot of changes in me though, like, I am now not worried about fitting in groups. But I do feel lonely from time to time.

When I get time, I spend it on preparing for my career plans, but I loose focus and I think it's because I feel lonely again. I frequently check my phone to see if anyone texted me or is anyone from univ is calling me, only to end up doomscrolling. I don't really have anything to talk to anyone too, so I don't text or call anyone.
