21M Recurring Foot Rash Triggered by New Shoes and Skin Peeling on Sole
I keep getting this recurring issue on the bottom of my foot. It usually starts as small bumps or pimples under the skin, then the area becomes dry, itchy, cracked, and sometimes red or painful. I noticed it gets triggered whenever I wear new shoes. The only thing that seems to help is wearing my old rough slippers/chappals. I’m really fed up with this cycle. Could you please tell me what this might be and how I can treat or prevent it?
