Relative beginner here (about 10 rounds of play in). I've searched for 3 finger power grips but most of what I find is a lot of people dropping the pinky from the grip. My natural instinct is to drop the index finger from the grip and have it rest on the rim of the disc while creating a pinch point between my thumb and middle finger. I get about 300 ft on a throw with an 11 speed like this one.
