My order was supposed to delivered today, and today morning I get a notification saying it is delayed. Tried contacting Myntra support to check the current location, and see whether there's an option I can collect it from there as I need it on an priority.

It was a hassle to connect to a real agent instead of automated voice bots. And once I was able to get a real agent, it was not helpful at all. He didn't know the current location, and said there is no option to collect it from anywhere and Myntra only offers doorstep delivery.

The service is absolutely pathetic. And the chat support and e-mailing them isn't helpful either.
