I’m currently selling my house and we‘Ce signed the contract. I am waiting for the buyer’s co-borrower’s loan to be approved. Their bank is also waiting on documents from the property’s HOA. The buyer has already asked for two extensions, the first one was for a week, the second for two weeks. My concern is waiting around for who knows how long for their loan approval, which might not even get approve. To which I will also not be able to keep the earnest money. I feel like I’ll have wasted the past 2 months. Should I wait around or terminate this contract and put my house back onto the market?
