Hey Hobart.

I have a potential job opportunity coming up in Orford, requiring me to move from the mainland.

Would this drive be commutable from Hobart, and if yes, realistically, on how many days per week? Lack of housing availability locally is a concern…as is furnishing anything I can find without breaking the bank.
