Do American and European companies hate hiring talent from third world countries? (I'm from Brazil)

Hi, I'm jean, and the headline was meant to get your attention to something that bothers me very much.

I'm 26, soon to be 27, and I have worked with marketing since I was 18, and I have been working seriously with marketing since 2021.

I always planned a career jump into the American job market, I got an EIN to work as Sole proprietor, my English is not perfect but it's pretty good, and I have experience as a generalist, now looking to focus on either performance or growth.

I noticed that a lot of American companies only hire remotely in the US... Even though people that are from third world countries like me can give the same value of work for a lower price.

I see some people very worried about the current job market, which I understand completely, since I'm not the only one Brazilian or third world country thats competing in your guys market.

but let me ask you this

if you've been in a situation where you decided or saw someone decide whether to hire someone, but the place they were from was the disqualifier of that opportunity, no matter how good they seemed to be..

what was the reason? bad pronunciation or communication skills? compliance? simply not wanting to pay swift or something with accounting? is having an EIN and an ACH a good thing or you don't mind much? Is lower price really a factor?

I want to know if and why is it harder for us that are not from first world countries, to get a job even though we can deliver great results.
