First Decoden, how long should I wait to dry?

Did my first decoden at a little DIY place and the instructions said 5 days in summer/spring and 7-8 days in winter/fall.

It’s the beginning of fall right now but it’s just been looking at me for the last 6 days and I really want to show it off.

Is it more of a guideline or should I wait 2 more days?

Rubbing the PAE Lucky Statue Stache??

Hey I heard from one of the airport employees while I was flying out through Paine field that rubbing the mustache of the statue out on the drop off curb was good luck?

Has anyone else heard this? I’m just curious where the rumor might’ve started lol. She said that he was considered one of the top pilots for the mail service and that he’ll watch over your flight if you rub the stache.

I just try thought it was funny and was tryna see if anyone else heard this too.
