Doing Carnivore for Autoimmunity
I am going back on carnivore, but very strict as I am fighting autoimmune issues. I have been eating like total garbage for the last few years and I am getting heavier and now, Vertigo on top of my autoimmune issue. Because of autoimmunity, I cannot have dairy which makes carnivore much harder to be honest. But if I want to beat this, I have to do what I have to do. The vertigo I assume is from inflammation. I have had vertigo at the same time as a autoimmune flair up. I am also cutting out caffeine. My life is a mess and this is what I have to do to help fix it. I have to stop worrying about other and take care of me now.
