I have a A CV full of surgical experience but I am going for Internal medicine how to tackle speciality change in the interview

Is anyone has experience with that? I forgot my ipad at the bus station and came back and i didn’t find it . I reported to police but i didn’thear back yet :( it is not showing in find my devices I have the serial number and everything
