Hi all, have been trying my hand at Motorsport videography for almost 2 years now, just using DJI action camera’s and my iPhone for reels.
Wanting to step into a bit more semi professional setup with camcorders and I’m wanting to know if there is any need to have external microphones and big light setups for motorsports? Being 20 to 30 metres away from the action makes me think the light is unnecessary, even for filming at night, but is a good external microphone worth investing in?
