Currently I have a Lenovo Legion Slim 5 16APH8 with a rtx 4060 and Ryzen 7 7840HS. I'm not sure what ram to buy and the prices right now seem insane. When I was looking online I found that a DDR5-5600 SODIMM would work with my setup.
First I had a couple questions.

I mainly play cs2 and arc raiders, both fairly run well but I get terrible 1% lows from times and my current setup on 8gigs ram is very unstable/inefficient.

1. would adding another stick significantly increase my fps
2. any brands I should consider before buying
3. is it worth buying a stick or ram or just completely getting a new laptop to begin with.

From my conversation with Chat-GPT my laptop Is heavily bottlenecked by my ram. It also mentioned that my GPU and CPU are solid at the moment.
