Hi all,

I have a 2023 EQB 300- not affected by the recall according to NHTSA- it was very solid car for 2 years. Suddenly, on a warm, beautiful day, with almost a full charge, after driving it in the morning, it just died. I received the 'towing not permitted' cannot move warning and it was bricked. It was towed to a dealer, where is still being evaluated. dealership doesn't have loaners, MB won't cover a rental so we're out a car and in quite a pickle- need to get to work, school etc. What would you do in this situation? lemon law complaint (in connecticut), try to get out of lease with MB financial, something else? car wont move and dealership is still trying to figure out why and dont have a ride. thanks!
