I have been interviewing for the past month with a big firm for a tech role. I have cleared 4 rounds and even visited their Munich office on July 29th for an in-person HR round and to meet the team. Since then, I’ve tried following up, but I only received one reply on August 3rd from the hiring manager saying they experienced delays and would get back to me the following week. It’s been total silence since then.
Does any one face a total silent from Munich RE after grilling through long interview process ??
Context - The process started with a hiring manager round, followed by a technical panel with a live case study + managerial (around 2.5 hours). After clearing rounds, I was invited to visit the Munich RE office for an HR interview, a team meet, and lunch. The overall experience was well-structured and professional.
However, it has been over three weeks since my final round and I have not received any update on the outcome despite following up multiple times.
