Help me find these? Or something with the same function?

EDIT: if someone is willing to give me exact measurements and drawings I could send to a shop that would be great help too! But I fear it’ll cost over 100$ for a single production

I’ve been googling stuff like “u channel slotted support arm” but can’t even find anything close size-wise.
Would like to avoid fabricating something and rather buy something similar

I don’t have much hope getting this from NLR since I bought the rig second hand and regardless it’s a pretty old product. And yes I’ve asked the seller if they have that part lying around and they said no :(

A week ago I was driving in town and I saw the car ahead of me with their hazards on, driving at walking pace, I moved to the lane to the left of it.

After passing it I saw there were 6-10 Canada goslings running down a 3 lane main street, no parents in sight.

I continued to drive because I couldn't stop there, I felt terrible for not pulling over and helping them but even then I wouldn't know who to call.

I tried to google a few places but I didn't find anything, I ended up calling 911 to see if they could help and the best they could offer is to send a cop to make sure they don't block traffic. I preferred that over doing nothing and risking them getting run over so I gave them the exact location.

I drove by an hour later by that place again and found no sign of them. Hope they're alright 😞

For future reference I am in Montgomery county Maryland. If anyone knows a reliable contact that I could've called in that situation or similar please share. Thanks
