Ik ben momenteel op zoek naar een **off-plan woning** (studio, appartement of townhouse) en mijn grootste prioriteit is het vinden van een **sterk betalingsplan na de oplevering**.

Ik ben geïnteresseerd in projecten waarbij je kunt blijven betalen na de oplevering, liefst met:
\- Lage aanbetaling
\- Lange betaalperiode na oplevering (3–8 jaar)
\- Betrouwbare ontwikkelaar
\- Goede investeringskansen

Ik sta open voor verschillende wijken in Dubai, zolang
het project en het betalingsplan logisch zijn.

Welke projecten of ontwikkelaars bieden op dit moment de **beste deals voor na oplevering**?

Als je er onlangs eentje hebt gekocht, hoor ik graag over je ervaring en het betalingsplan dat je hebt gekregen.

I’m looking for recommendations on reliable developers and specific off-plan projects along the coast (North Coast, Red Sea, Ras El Hekma, Soma Bay, El Gouna, Hurghada, etc.).

I’m based in the Netherlands. My wife is Egyptian, so I’m looking to buy a vacation home in Egypt that we can use regularly for family visits and holidays.

I’m also considering off-plan properties, but I want to make sure it’s a safe and reliable investment, not just marketing hype. Ideally it should also hold value long-term and be reasonably easy to resell or rent out later.
I’m mainly looking at Cairo (New Capital / New Cairo) and Hurghada.
