Tribe montly release not appearing in library - subscription all paid up.

Have been a subscriber of a Tribe for two years, no issues. Now the last month release is not appearing in my library whilst a bunch of other subscribers are saying they have the release. My Tribe subscription has 6 more months on it, so it's not a payment issue.

I've opened a ticket 5 days ago but have heard nothing back. Anyone got any experience with this type of shenanigans by MMF?

M20 - Trifid Nebula (Moon at 85%)

A clear night for once meant having a crack at M20 despite the moon being at around 85% and foggy clouds rolled in after about an hour of stacking.
