Bls spain gave me a visa. They lost my passport. And now wont give me a new visa on my new passport unless I go through the appointment process. Even though I already got the visa. Now i have to miss my flight.
Hi! I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me out here. Here are the series of events im dealing with.
I called the call center and they said if I go to BLS Spain office in SFO with proof of lost passport and new one- they will be able to restamp it there and then with the visa.
Can someone confirm if this is true?
We were expecting my passport to be delivered by UPS 2 weeks ago. Its still stuck in processing. The investigation to look for it is ongoing and they still haven’t been able to find it at any of the facilities. Overgoods and Lost and Found didn’t turn anything up either. It was shipped from Lathrop CA. Whats the likelihood that it got stolen? Is that normal?
I was getting my passport mailed in from California to Washington. It was shipped on June 12 and arrived in washington on the 16th. its been 8 days and the package still says “processing at facility”. my trip is tomorrow and now I don’t have my passport. i have opened an investigation - neither facilities in california or washington could find it. Not sure how to proceed now.
