Monitor still says “no signal” even though i tried everything that i could think of.

I was playing in my pc when the monitor suddenly shuts down and said “no signal” before turning completely black. I had this occurrence before and did what I did last time. I took the cmos out for 30~ seconds and cleaned it then placed it back in, although unlike before, it did not work. I also removed the ram sticks and placed it back inside and it did not work as well. I tried ctrl windows shift b at the same time and it did NOT work.

Ps: my keyboard and mouse lights up

I have dry, flaky skin with rosacea and acne prone skin, and I live in a humid country. I am currently using the Innisfree green tea aloe vera moisturizer. With this moisturizer, I double moisturize the areas that get flaky (my cheeks and between my eyebrows) to keep them moisturized although my skin feels tight afterwards. I am sincerely asking for your help to find a better moisturizer.
