Im gonna go ahead and apologize if thia is a terrible representation of the cuban style.I fried a slice of ham, sliced into little strips, mixed with pulled pork I made from our pork roast here. Minced up a spear dill pickle and mixed in the meat. Mixed mustard into egg mix before I cooked it. It turned out super delicious.

What do yall think?

Made my classic bacon cheese omelette with caramelized peppers and onions today!

Sorry I havent posted in awhile...life, ya know?

Anyways here is my bacon, sauteed peppers, mozzarella, and swiss omelette. Folded omelete in square using the cheese slice as my measurement. Then sliced it in half and stacked the 2 pieces. Used a roll I buttered and toasted.
