On the 16th of August me and my friend group went to the arena to watch the show. One of my friend's ticket did not scan successfully and the guy told him "oh it's probably been scanned before". We knew that was impossible so another staff member scanned his ticket again with their scanner and BOOM it was successful.

So if that ever happens to you, know that it is a glitch in their system. It is impossible to have duplicate AXS / O2 tickets so if someone transferred it to you, they cannot have it themselves still. Do not walk away, ask them to try again and again.

I bought one on StubHub ages ago and I did not want to wait any longer, transfer has been open for weeks. I send them an email to which they replied within 24 hours telling me they will contact the seller. That was on Monday. Today I finally got my ticket ! DO NOT WAIT! Demand your ticket now! If they have it, they can send it. No reason to wait.
