Support drives me crazy 😡

I’ve been driving for uber for a couple of weeks now and I’ve had multiple incidents that required me to contact support. Today, I arrived at a Pizza Hut and they had been repeatedly getting people trying to pick up the order because a driver had stolen it before. Pizza Hut wouldn’t remake it- so I contacted support. They got on me, suggesting I should stop taking orders if I don’t intend to complete them. And ultimately they wouldn’t resubmit the order so they had to cancel it, which affected my cancelation rate. It does not seem to me that they care about their drivers whatsoever.

What could I have done in this situation? I’m so stumped.
