Need your insights with WiFi and Water filter for expats. I’m moving in by end of month and the landlord is not providing these essentials so I’m doing research on my own. For context, I will have one year contract with new condo.

For WiFi, any internet recommendations for KL Area, one year contract no deposit.
For water filter, please let me know what will work best for me. I don’t know if monthly subscription is worth it or is it better to just buy filter?
