I created Ula on wplace.com; it took me about two weeks and I changed the colors several times, but I’m quite happy with the result.

If anyone wants to see it, it’s located near the capital of Greenland, alongside a few others I’ve made.

I think I'll leave it as is; I created it near the capital of Greenland, in the northwestern part, alongside several other Pokémon I also made—in case anyone wants to take a look.

Actually, I just uploaded an image of the character to a site that turns it into pixels using a grid, but I'm pretty happy with how it's turning out.
