Received my first ever order - what do you wish you knew when you started with this?

Hi people,

After a never ending time of checking the tracking link constantly, I received my first ever order of Jimmy Joy today. (Can you tell i'm not that patient lmao :p?)

I was hesitant to try this out without ruining myself in the process, but the 60-days trying period was a really convincing argument for me, even though i couldn't find much info on the website about it ahah.

I'm auDHD and I've been struggling with ED for years, so I decided to try shake meals. This is my first time ever trying this kind of food but i'm really excited and i really hope it could help me eat more regularly (I typically only eat every other day, sometimes going to the point where I pass out because I haven't eaten in so long)

I brought two plenty shake (vanilla & wild berry), and one pro shake (chocolate).

I was wondering if you had any tips, tricks, things you would've loved to know when you first started this kind of meals?

Maybe it's a useless question, since it seems pretty straightforward (put water add powder then drink), numerous posts and comments on this sub suggest there could be more to it :p

Anyway, thanks everyone who took time to read me and have a great day for yourself :)

I need to catproof this "hole" on my balcony but have no idea how to built something strong enough. Any ideas, tips or advices is welcome

Edit: as some people suggested, i'm gonna try with strong outside adhesive and pool noddles, i'll let you guys know how it goes :) thank you so much to everyone who took time to think about it, you've been really helpful!!

Hi everyone,

I moved recently and my new balcony is bringing me some headaches.

I'm not sure why this gap exists, but it's there and my cat is going straight for it every time he has the opportunity.

I need to install something there, renter friendly (because otherwise where's the fun right?) to stop my cat from the possible fall (i'm on the 4th floor).

I was thinking about double sided tape, to fix some sort of plastic baseboard, to create a thickness on the white part, so that i could put some sort of metal grid over it (so it would sit on the grey ledge on one side and on the baseboard on the other side).

But i'm afraid it won't hold if he was to actually put his weight on it (\~4kg).

The other fun part to take into account: it's not a straight edge, whatever solution I find must accommodate the curve of the balcony.

I've also considered putting some sort of hooks on either side, and put a small net, but, again, i'm not sure it would hold.

I've looked online but couldn't find anything remotely similar to this so I thought I'd give it a try here.

(If it's unclear, the gap is between the grey fence and the white concrete ledge that you can see in the second pic)

Do you have any ideas / experience that could help me figure this out?

Please and thank you

A tired mind x)

I saw this and found it so funny, i thought i'd share! I'm not the OP, his info is in the comments.

Link to the OP: https://vm.tiktok.com/ZNRsG9jpt/

@cameo on tiktok

The video is about a man sitting in front of the camera. He explains that practical jokes were made on the set, often directed at Shemar Moore. His tone implies it's a funny silly thing. At the end of the video, he shows a clip of Shemar Moore acting in a scene with green paper glue to his face in the shape of a goatee, making him look quite funny, until he realizes the joke that was played on him and he takes the green papers off. He seems to be amused.
