I have been right on time for my oil changes in the past, but life got in the way a bit this time and I have so far surpassed my “next oil change” date by 2,276km. I’ve booked an appt for next Friday to get this maintenance done, and I’m going to try and avoid using my car as much as possible until then; but will this do any critical damage to my car?

It’s a 2022 Nissan Kicks for reference. Currently at 66k and purchased brand new in 2022.
