Can I wait out on my wisdom teeths

Can I wait out on my wisdom teeths

Im 18 as of writing. My lower and upper left wisdom teeth have been periodically causing episodes of inflammation and pain (gum looks really healthy in the mirror though, only inflamed). My right ones have not erupted yet. Given that my uppers look rather straight on the panorex, I only intend to remove the lower two and so have been waiting for the lower right tooth to erupt for an easier procedure. Additionally my naturally good teeth alignment is something Im rather happy about but recently I have felt my bite shifting, mostly when my gum was inflamed. For reference, I have very little issues related to cavities and neither drink nor smoke.

My questions are:

  1. Can I keep the teeth, I really dont like surgeries :(
  2. It it possible that my healthy teeth be knocked out of alignment?
  3. Is the periodic inflammations caused by the tooth erupting and not just an infection?
  4. Is it advisable to remove just the lower ones?
  5. Is it advisable to wait for the right lower molar to erupt? How long might that take?
  6. I have a pretty important exam coming up in about 3 weeks, if it is determined that I should get my bad teeth out asap, should I wait until the exam is over?

Any replies and further questions are greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time.
