My husband is a personal trainer and registered for the race on June 4 with one of his clients. They registered individually (she purchased the tickets), but she accidentally purchased adaptive tickets. What are the odds of HYROX correcting the category rather than refunding? My husband has been training soooo hard and will be devastated if he can't race. I know there's a lot of scammers out there, so we are a bit reluctant to purchase resale tickets, however, it looks like the app RoxTickets is legitimate. I'm just unsure what the fees would be to change the ticket names or how that works. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you!
