Butt wink during hack squat

I thought my form was okie, but on a closer inspection I can see that although my lower back is firmly pressed into the pad, at the lowest part of the descend, my butt is coming off the pad into a posterior pelvic tilt, long story short, although I had no problem whilst doing this, now that a few hours have passed, my lower back feels incredibly heavy.

I can still hinge pain free, did 5 controlled glute bridges with pause at the top, 5 cat-cow, 5 dead bugs on each leg, semi cobra to child pose and all that is pain free, but I can still feel my lower back very strongly.

I can lift my knees like in high-knees, the movements are pretty much pain free.

I'm not sure if this buttwink has loaded my lower back/spinae erectors to the point of injurying them or just loading them that has brought about extreme fatigue.

Today was just pendulum squats and hack squats, both done for 3 sets, all the reps done ATG under control.

I guess i should have stopped right at the point before my glutes started coming off the pad.

Should I be worried ? Will this pass ?

First successful Pistol Squat Attempt

As a 40 year old who has been working out for less than 2 years, I never thought this would be possible for me.

It was a dancer lady in my gym who motivated me to try it out, seeing the ease in which she was doing pistol made me feel envious and also a bit ashamed as my own lack of mobility/unilateral strength/dorsiflexion.

I started off with Patrick step up & Poliquin step up, Quad focussed bulgarian split squats, and gradually increasing the depth, range of motion, isometric holds and this is thr culmination of all those efforts.

I have a long way to go on my left foot due to limited dorsiflexion which is a result of 2+ decades of driving automatic car that renders the left feet immobile.
