You have 4 million to spend on a QB and the entire OL

We apparently spent 3 mil on the QB and 1 mil on the OL.

I'd rather have a 3.5 mil OL and a have a 500k qb. A decent on paper QB without a running game is almost worthless. A mediocre QB with a solid OL and running game can shine. Idk how many times we can make this same mistake in team roster building over the years.

The Vandy game on Saturday will be season defining

If we lose on Saturday we are staring at 6 straight losses with a trip to UT, Athens, OM and LSU home afterwards. A win may give us enough momentum to sneak out one of those four. That is our best case scenario from how I've seen us play v Baylor and UF.

We should be in live in full pads learning how block and tackle as I type this, but I suspect we are working on more gadget plays. Saturday was embarrassing.

What are the odds we'll regret letting one of last year's QBs go?

Don't get me wrong, I think we did the right thing in getting Brown, a proven player under this staff. That said, we will have some mud on our face if he struggles in the SEC. We did let alot of on paper talent go that could develop into solid to really good QBs elsewhere ala Nix.

Duece will be behind Chambliss, which is ironic bc he left for playing time. I could see him playing very well when he does get in. This is one that could hurt in the long run.

Laugh if you want but I could see Arnold doing well under Mullon and being a hot commodity end of the season. Think he needs a QB whisperer, he has the physical tools, which is why he was a 5 star like Duece.

Daniels is the starter at FSU. I was impressed with him end of the year. They seem sad about it but I bet he plays well. It'll be interesting to see him play Bama again.

I am primarily riding in the SE United States if that matters. Alot of dirt roads but a little bit of everything. I want to plan a route and use it via carplay on my android. Thanks for any input in advance!
