My wifi not working of airtel have been more than 30 days
Dear Airtel Xstream Fiber,
My Wi-Fi has not been working since 20 April, 9:42 AM. It has now been more than 31 days and I am still facing the same issue daily.
I have complained every single day, but no one has resolved the issue. Every time I call 121, the only thing I hear is “I understand your frustration, sir.” I have heard this more than 14 times now.
Your team repeatedly says:
“Senior authority will come today.”
“Technician will arrive in 4 hours.”
“Issue will be fixed tomorrow.”
But not a single day has anyone come and fixed my Wi-Fi.
This is extremely poor service and very disappointing. A company like Airtel taking more than 1 month to fix a basic Wi-Fi issue is unacceptable.
If I do not get proper service and resolution before 25 May, I will throw away this Wi-Fi connection permanently.
Please resolve this immediately.
