I need help finding custom or blank barricade/caution tape in Delhi for an art installation. Basically, crime-scene-style yellow tape with custom black text, or just blank on which I can write in black marker. Vinyl print won't work since it's much thicker than this kind of tape.

Any leads for safety suppliers, Halloween/event decor stores, or jugaad alternatives? It has to be small-scale (about 50-100 m) and low cost (can't do bulk orders from a manufacturer). Thanks a lot!!

On Photoshop, do I make my canvas size 54cm x 24.2cm with 1200ppi resolution?

Or is that a flawed approach, and I should just make the digital canvas only half the wall size, with 300ppi?
